Work on rum
For this rum, it’s all about the aging process described above. Florent wanted to add his own unique touch to an already aged rum. He chose a specific barrel of a spirit he particularly enjoys.
This one hasn’t been reduced and hasn’t had any additions made. It’s all in the woodwork.
The additions
Panamanian rums are often sweetened with sugar during barrel maturation. It is very difficult to know how much sugar may have been added to a Panamanian rum.

The nose
On the nose, it’s superbly agb directory powerful. Be careful not to burn your nose with this fiery rum. It’s hard to see what’s behind the esters, they’re so powerful. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced that with a rum.
