Location Tracking – Tracker is supported with both ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise. If you are using ArcGIS Online! administrators can enable location tracking after premium add-on licenses are added to your organization. ArcGIS Tracker will be available to users with ArcGIS Enterprise version 10.7 or later. An organization that supports one of these versions must have a Spatiotemporal Big Data Store (one of the data stores available through the ArcGIS Data Store) configured. ArcGIS GeoEvent Server is not required to use this feature. You need an ArcGIS Enterprise Standard license to deploy Tracker—the Spatiotemporal Big Data Store is included in your standard license.

locations! not time. So if you are walking! a track (point) is collected approximately every 5 meters! and if you are driving! a track (point) is collected approximately every 30 meters. This gives you good spatial visibility for different types of activities.
