Where to find it?
These are small batches, and it’s hard to find bottles these days. Florent must still have some, but they’re becoming rare. I haven’t seen any at the wine shops I frequent.
Alcohol content
The Ron Altess reduction was aged for 6 years in American bourbon barrels before being finished for 9 months in 5-year-old Rivesaltes barrels from MAS DELMAS.
Work on rum
As its name suggests, the Ron Altess Reduction has benefited from a reduction in addition to the RivesAltes barrel finish. Florent wanted to phone number library add his own unique touch to an already aged rum. He chose a specific barrel of a spirit he particularly enjoys.
Reduction is not an easy exercise, even for professionals. Alcohol and water don’t mix well when they collide violently. You have to know how to perform a reduction gently to properly integrate it with the alcohol. And I think Florent has done a good job with his cost.

This rum has no added flavors. It’s all about the woodworking and the reduction.
The additions
Panamanian rums are practical focus: implementation often sweetened with sugar during barrel maturation. It is very difficult to know how much sugar may have been added to a Panamanian rum.
But as for Florent’s agb directory work, it is without added sugar.
The color
The dress is a beautiful caramel color with copper highlights.
