I understand that! in digital marketing agencies ! with professionals in this sector! the interviews and processes will be different The downside  ! but I have not had the pleasure of doing any in an agency! they have all been in companies that wanted to incorporate a digital marketing area and most of them! from scratch! did not have one.structure of a digital marketing departmentprevious.

I am a social communicator and journalist from Bogotá! Colombia.
Because there isn’t much space in the media! I decided to specialize in Multimedia Communication and a diploma in Digital Community Management ! realizing it’s a new field in Colombia and that it can be quite exploited. With the specialization! I was able to get a job at the most important

And that’s what happens in many companies: if you have friends in management positions who are close to the board! it’s a plus. Otherwise! like the rest of us! iyou or not.

In Colombia the human resources

department is dominated by women! and the reason is that we’re more intuitive and inquisitive. They are the first filter for whether or not you advance to the next level. Very few companies hold physical job openings; instead! they use them online! and they hindi directory  select the candidates who best fit the profile they’re looking for. With the difficult situation and the low salaries being offered! one of the first things they ask is “what’s your salary expectation?” This becomes a guessing game! similar to “The Price Is Right!” where if you manage to guess below the offer! you’re considered.
