When resolving such cases, I often see how difficult it is for heirs to navigate legal labyrinths, where every turn has consequences. Legislative norms are designed to create a clear procedure, but reality sometimes turns them into a trap.

In Ukraine, notaries who have left the occupied territory are allowed to perform actions in any settlement in Ukraine. But for heirs, this still does not solve the problem of access.

The changes outlined in this article, in my opinion, will not only bring Ukraine closer to European hindi directory standards, but will also allow people to focus on the memory of the deceased, rather than on endless legal hassles.
