Technical Department Specialist

We are the email marketing agency Handbox. Our clients are companies from Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Estonia, Latvia, USA, Canada, Germany.

We are looking for a middle specialist in our technical support department with experience in setting up direct communications (email, sms, push, messengers) and knowledge of the basics of HTML layout. Experience – from 1 year.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the work of the agency’s client mailing services.

  • Collect mailing metrics (Deliverability, OR, CTR, CR, etc.).

  • Set up and monitor the technical part (DNS, Spam Rate, delivery error analysis) and provide clients with initial recommendations for solving deliverability problems.

  • Prepare and conduct reactivation b2b email list campaigns (validation, segmentation, loading and launching the touch chain).

  • Collect automatic chains in mailing systems (welcome series, trigger sendings, abandoned series).

  • Set up simple pop-up forms on the site (assemble the design, create a hit group, place on the site).

  • Upload formatted letters to mailing services and schedule sending of email newsletters.

  • Layout letters in HTML using layouts in Figma.

  • Set up webinars for clients and agencies (prepare a room for broadcasting and replaying, link an address book, set up automatic email chains).

  • Organize cold mailings (drawing up and calculating a plan, setting up a mailing service, launching and further moderating the service, collecting analytics, etc.).

  • Set up simple integrations (native) and monitor their performance.

  • Interact with related departments of the agency: assist in resolving technical issues and escalation.

We expect you to have:

  • Experience in CRM or email marketing from 1 year.

  • Knowledge of CRM marketing infrastructure – channels, tools, platforms, indicators. Practical experience with ESP/CDP systems.

  • Basics of HTML, CSS, knowledge 9 post-purchase email ideas that increase your revenue and buyer engagement of the specifics of email newsletter layout.

  • Experience in launching campaigns and autofunnels, conducting A/B tests, complex segmentation, and building analytical reports.

  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (basic formulas).

  • Experience with Google Analytics and/or Yandex Metrica.

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, both independently and in a team.

  • Responsibility for results and meeting deadlines.

  • Independence in decision making and the ability to take responsibility.

  • Activity, desire to develop and learn new things .

  • Remote work in comfortable conditions. Schedule: 8-hour working day, 5/2 (from 9:00 to 18:00 or from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time).

  • Vacation – 24 days: can be divided into two parts. Granted after 6 months of work at the agency. Three days off per year.

What are the upcoming stages:

  • In your cover letter when applying for a job, tell us a little about yourself: what you think is important to convey in addition to what is stated in your resume.
