The opportunity to taste these two versions of a Panamanian rum reminds me a lot of the tasting I did of Ron de Gelas .

This Ron Altess Réduit is very pleasant. Compared to cask strength, it is very accessible. It is a perfect representation of Panamanian rums with a bit of power.
Alongside the tasting of the Ron Altess cask strength, this reduction was very relaxing and even very pleasant. I was able to draw inspiration from this tasting to try to find the aromas in the cask strength.
