ArcGIS Mission Responder

ArcGIS Mission Manager users can be divid! into three different roles, each defin! by their own capabilities and privileges. These are !itor, Owner, and Administrator. All of these roles can be members of a task who can view, collaborate, and actively participate in a task. The capabilities of each role are describ! below.

!itor
The !itor role is a member of a task who can view and actively participate in the task. This role includes the ability to create chats and geo-messages and monitor all task activities. Depending on its privileges, the !itor role cannot create a task or modify another user’s task.

The Owner role is the owner or member

of a task who can view and actively participate in the task. This role includes the ability to create chats and geo-messages and track all task activity. Depending on how to send mms their privileges, the Owner role can create a task and change its details, but cannot change the task of another task’s Owner role.

Administrator
The Administrator role is the owner or member of a task who can view and actively participate in the task. This role includes the ability to create chats and geo-messages and track all task activities. Depending on their privileges, the Administrator role can create a task, create and use task reports, change the details of a task, and change the role of the Owner role on another task.

ArcGIS Mission Responder

ArcGIS Mission Server

ArcGIS Mission Server is a new ArcGIS Enterprise server role that connects ArcGIS Mission Manager and ArcGIS Mission Responder. It provides the necessary processing for optimal communication and allows peer-to-peer communication between mobile users while simultaneously activating and updating the web application.
