Webcare does not have a 9-to-5 mentality

Many governments are experimenting with social media. WhatsApp and Instagram are increasingly used by governments to communicate with younger target groups in particular. But other channels require a different way of communicating and organizing.

The first day of Social Media

In other departments, the use of social media is often optional and therefore dependent on the affinity and enthusiasm of individual employees.
