Sometimes implicit Schadenfreude :

for the electoral success! even in Germany! of formations generically abeled as populist; for the growing fragmentation in the composition  fax lists of Parliament; for the consequent need to form broad and not The Twilight  always coherent coalitions; lastly! above all! for the failure of negotiations between Christian Democrats! Christian Socialists! Liberals and Greens for the launch of a “Jamaica coalition”.

Even in a Federal Republic historically pervaded by the “North Star” of political stability – as well as economic and financial – the spectre of italienische (or spanische ) Verhältnisse has therefore begun to hover : the frequent alternation of governments and majorities! considered a characteristic trait of Italy and – especially in the last decade of economic  caseno email list crisis – of Southern Europe in general.

A clear reconstruction of these new difficulties would be provided

By the direct intervention of President Frank-Walter Steinmeier! aimed at unblocking the stalemate and avoiding the last resort of one of the disputed issues in academic!  dissolving the Bundestag and calling a new meeting o ng  e elections:

The head of state has initiated consultations with party representatives. During the consultations! the SPD’s willingness to change its intention not to participate in any government in this legislature and to negotiate  th the CDU/CSU the formation of yet another grand coalition emerged.
